I have a 2 year old dunlop tire on the back of my 94 Road King, still has alot of tread on it, the front tire needs replaced, could i go with a Metzler or do I stay with dunlop ?
You can mix tires on a RK. Thee Metz 880 on the front is a soft tire, sticking and good ride, may cup, crack and delaminate. The Metz 888 is a hard tire, wears well, rides rough. May want to go with Michelin CII, but no w/w.
