I have a 2016 fxdb, the problem I'm having is after i had adjusted my clutch, when I go to squeeze the clutch lever it doesn't allow me to squeezeall thebway. As if something was stopping it from letting me squeeze all the way down to the grip. I barley get 3/4 of the way through with squeezing and it stops.
When I adjusted my clutch I backed the clutch cable all the way out as loose as it goes then took the durby cover off and loosen the jam nut and used my finger to feel out when the clutch adjustment screw started to feel resistants then backed it off half a turn. Tighten the jam nut the adjusted the clutch cable so the lever had 1/8" of free play that Harley specs say should be. Also I made sure the lever was pulled back away from the grip so it wouldn't give a false adjustment.
I have done this adjustments dozens of times with backing the adjustment screw looser and tighter with the same results! I even took off the cover were the clutch cable goes on the right side of the transmission. I did notice that push rod moved in and out (from left and right) quite easily not sure how it's suppose to be and can't find anything about it online.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT GUYS! I WANNA RIDE AGAIN!

After adjusting the clutch nut and tightening back up, before you adjust the clutch lever(jam nut on the clutch cable) did you give the clutch lever a couple of squeezes to ensure the ball and ramp assembly reseated properly? You may also want to try, instead of backing the clutch adjustment screw out 1/2 turn, try 3/4 to to a full turn and then retighten the clutch nut.
