Thanks everyone, yeah she got a ticket for failure to yield and noted she was on the phone, no it won't keep me off my bike, just want the insurance money to fix it(and pay my medical bills). The bad thing is she saw me coming and STOPPED! But in her "cell phone state of mind" forgot everything and just turned into my path!! Funny thing is I remember everything except getting up! I'm not sure i even hit the ground, when the bike hit I pushed back on the seat and the back of the bike came up and back down but I may have landed on my feet like a cat!(I am a Leo BTW) anyway the pain meds are starting to kick in now
so I'm not as sore and the ice on my knee has reduced the swelling quite a bit too. Yep, I know I'm lucky andreacted correctlyand I thank God, he must have been on the back!
Thanks again to ya'll for the words of encouragement, now were did I put that parts and accy catalog?

Probably sounds a little harsh, but take that Moron woman down to the
hardware store & get her outfitted with a set of chains.
In other words if her insurance company doesn't pony up for a new bike &
your medical treatment, MAKE A SLAVE OUT OF HER !!!!!!!!!
Yeah it does sound harsh, but it's the only way to deal with a
lot of these INBRED MORONS running loose on the streets nowadays.

Get a pitbull attorney with huge fangs after that chick! I'd have her cell records, etc.. Though I occassionally use a phone in the car, I'm ever amazed at silly stupid drivers that can't drive and chew gum at the same time... 10 out of 10 are some chick blabbing on with a cell stuck in their ear in la la land while they're weaving around like a drunk... No offense against lady drivers.. I've seen guys doing it too.. It's not the gender, it's the attention span lack thereof and the conversation that's more important than getting from A to B without killing someone.
I'm torn on the issue.... I'm all about personal responsibility and that laws should protect me from the other ahole but not from myself.. I think the poor driving decisions accompanying cellphone distraction crosses the line into "protecting others from some idiot that can't drive with a phone stuck in their ear"... I'm to the point where I say ban 'em... At least ban manual use of holding the phone to your head.. bluetooth speaker phones make it too easy like they're in the car with you.
