Default Touring tour pack and license plate

i currently use a lay down license plate. recently got a "trunk"(mainly for the passenger seat. a happy passenger will make it to where i'll{we} be able to actually take the bike out for the weekend and little mini vacations... if your chick doesnt like bikes, youll know what im talking about.) i noticed the tag is way up in there. sitting in a car behind me , i believe you can see it all. my question is do i need to relocate it or put the stock mount back on? like do you think i would i get pulled over ? would you leave it? around where i live you've gotta be f***ng up pretty bad before a cop will pull a bike over. i think all year ive seen 1 bike getting pulled over...but when im in a different town.....

Enjoy the ride and don't worry about it. I don't give it a second thought. The tag can be seen if needed so you are good to go. There are a few hundred thousand others riding the same way.

I just put a steel cutting blade in my jigsaw and cut the bracket off the mount. Didn't want the hassle of moving plate/wires....
