Paint Issues
Im washing my beloved springer today on my lunch break & as Im drying it I realize that the paint on my oil tank is peeling off! WTF! Anyone know if factory paint is covered under warranty? anyone have this happen to them?

That sucks! However.... it really doesn't surprise me. When I stripped my tank down during the rebuild, I actually found filler in the stock HD tank. It was there since the bike was built. I bought it brand new off the showroom floor. You'd think the MoCo would do a little better job. Let us know what you find out from the dealer. Good luck

The MOCO is redeemed in my eyes, I emailed them Pics of my tank & they will cover parts & labor! That saves me about $600. Its good they are covering it because they should, i have the extended warranty
