Not only are trash cans a huge risk in the wind, but even moreso, are those construction barrier barrels used nowadays. They blow over from cars/trucks passing them closely, and then roll around in arcs. Never know which way their going to roll as cars whiz by. Everyone's front wheel fits nicely into the base of those "rolling wheel chocks."
