Ok so some of the guy's are being a bit aggressive,,
But,, let's look at it,, what is it you want(?) or are trying to find?
Just the novelty of the search?
A legitimate question about the bike?
Some kind of questions about what you might think of as questionable current issues that may have happened because of previous care,,??
If he got in a crash at 64yrs old,, do you know if he's healthy or crippled for the remainder of his life because of it?
If the accident is only 4yrs old,, is there any current litigation about any injuries?
Are you related to any of the other parties involved in the accident?

Are you understanding yet?

When I bought my Ultra, it came with a full service history. Included on the reciepts, are

Name
Address
Phone
Etc....

of all owners (or at least who brought the bike in).

I feel absolutely no compunction to contact any of these people about the bike. Heck, I wouldnt mind if it had been redacted prior to my taking ownership. In fact, I feel a bit uneasy about having this much personal information (albeit some is now outdated) on people I only have relations through by way of a motorcycle they once owned. I now safeguard this paperwork as if it were my own

Just because you have the information, doesnt give carte blanche to contact the prior owners about something that they sold many moons ago.

When I bought my latest bike an 06, the seller told me the previous owner had done some engine work, so I wrote a letter to him. He got in touch with me and detailed all the work that he had done on the engine, this delighted me and also gave me much more confidence in my purchase. O.P. you should write to the guy and this will give him the option to contact you or not...b.

This has been asked and answered. Some are amputees, or trouble walking from arthritis. Could have a heart condition.

This....

Not everyone who needs a handicapped tag drives a minivan. My wife has one because she cannot walk long distances due to complications from muscular dystrophy. Doesnt stop her from riding on the back
