I'm looking for open opinions on who makes the fattest, widest, most comfortable (I know comfortable is a relative term) pair of Beach Bars. I want to put a set on my RK Classic. All beach bar input is welcome.
I used White Brothers Beachs. They are now sold under the name Burly. They are 39" wide. I have ridden 65k miles with them and have no complaints. You do not have to change your throttle cables. You can run them outside the nacelle and get the extra length you need. The cables should also last long doing this, because they are no longer in the sharp bends compared to the way the factory ran them. You do not need a new clutch cable. You can run your stocker between the front jug and frame, instead of in front of the frame, to get the extra slack you need. You will need brake lines. You will have to lenghten your control wires a bit.
WO550 is an awesome fit on FLSTC, FLSTF, FLHR/C/S and custom bikes. Works with stock riser, top clamp, controls, cables and brake line on FLSTC, FLSTF and FLHRS models. Width 35.6", end rise 3.5" center width 10.0" and pullback 15.25".
WO551 is the Springer model, it fits FLSTS. Mounts on the stock Springer risers: FLSTS and FXSTS. Works with stock and most customer controls and grips. Width 36.5", end rise 3.5", center width 11.0" and pullback 14.75".

The '07 Fatboy only works with top clamps with the adapter, (wild 1 sell it). You have to change the brake and the control lines. Brake forget it, you have to. The control lines I'm still using but they rub on the tank bad on a left hand turn. I'm waiting for my manual to arrive to change the Throttle/Idle out. You can get away with the clutch. (But doesn't look great)
