There is another recent thread about these lights ( full disclosure I have them on my 13 )
Many people said the high beam is too high and can not be adjusted down,
Mine is like that, but with the low beam as bright as it is, I never use the high beam, besides it just lights up the sky not the road.
I like mine even if the high beam is a bit off aim

Yes. However I found that the set screw for the ring was too small for the adapter. I used one size larger but you can also use one of those spring type fender clips over the hole with the factory screw. Headlights are nice though.
