Another kudos to Eastern Performance
Since I got the new RGS I have been waiting for an upgraded headlight. Why Harley could not see fit to make a Daymaker for the 15 and up Road Glides is beyond my comprehension. If they had it would have been on my bike before I took it off the showroom floor.
A couple months ago I learned that Custom Dynamics came out with one and I have been very interested to say the least. But the $800 price tag has been a bit too much to swallow. I can't remember what I paid for the Daymaker on my first Road Glide but to say it was a vast improvement over stock is an understatement to say the least.
Out of curiosity I checked Eastern Performance yesterday and like everywhere else their price is $799.99. Being the frequent customer that I have been for years and getting a great deal on a wrapper fender a week or so ago because I simply asked if I might qualify for a discount I decided to try again.
Well Derek to the rescue. He quoted me a great price then asked if I would want the Halo option with integrated turn signals. Well of course I do!!! So suffice to say that even with the additional option I still paid less than just the headlights are anywhere else.
If you have not made any purchases from them I encourage you to do so. I have bought tires, Ride On, cables, RCX slip ons, the fender, now the killer deal on the lights and I am sure many other things as well from them. If nothing else contact them and see if they can beat a price. If you have made purchases from them, again, check to see if you can get a better than advertised price.
