I sat on a new 2018 Fat Bob. Perfect.
I was not positive on the new bikes, but my buddy just bought a new Deluxe. Apparently the M8 with oil cooler is pretty nice. The hot engine problem is solved.
The Fat Bob weighs in at about 650 lbs or so which is good for a big HD. I guess they found a way to trim some weight on the new softtails.
Do that, and bring cash, your credit card or checkbook, you'll want to take it home with you!
Yep, told myself until I was ready to buy to not even take one for a test ride. A month after said test ride I owned one. Would have bought the one I test rode if it were not such an ugly color as I really wanted an RGU. Would have probably spent even more money on that making it what I wanted it to be. Best of luck OP.

I say the only easy day was yesterday, test ride that thing and ride it to Indian Head Md and then Eglin airforce base :}
