Default Dash/handlebar cam

After a recent incident in which some knucklehead just about ran my wife off the road while she was riding her Deluxe, I'm considering a camera.
I've got dashcams in my truck, Mustang and her car already. But I'm looking for something that possibly snaps on and off the bars easily, waterproof, and is fairly simple to wire or has a decent battery life/rechargeable.
I see that there are some some reasonably priced options out there, but the product descriptions don't get into enough specifics for me. The bike doesn't really lend itself to permanent camera/removable head unit installation, so I'm thinking an all in one unit.
Suggestions anyone?

Don’t mount a GoPro to your bars the camera will vibrate too much and you will get crap footage, also they are designed as an action cam so the battery is only good for 45 min to around an hour depending what you have the camera set to film at ( 4K 1080p 720p ) they are very good cameras just have to be a helmet / tank mount and be prepared to change the batteries on them for longer rides, just make sure you take it with you when you leave the bike gopros are prime targets for a quick grab thief. Oh and because of the fish eye lense on them they slightly distort the image making things look closer than what they actually are

Amazon Amazon

I have been looking at this one. I know nothing about it, but it is through Prime, so if it sucks...back she goes...easy peasy.

Yeah, I generally roll with Prime also. Never had a hassle on returns.
If you do get it and install, send me a PM a pic or two and some details if you would. I'd looked at this style but wondered about rear camera placement and hiding wires.
