Just opened the latest American Iron Magazine and LO! On page 84, a review of the Stigland Moto Works waxed cottontool roll. $100 USD. Might be worth a peek. Not leather, but might fit your needs.

I couldn't find anything online about a Stigland Moto Works tool roll but even if it includes some cheap-azz tools a hundred bucks seems a little pricey to me. I was always used a few spare tools from my tool box wrapped up in a shop rag and carried them in $15 leather bag strapped to the bottom of my down tubes of the chopper. Now I just use a zippered case from who knows where and carry it in the tail bag on the Heritage. If I can't fix it with what's in that case then it's probably not a quick repair and I have people I can call for Evac.
Check out Etsy. Lots of very crafty people on there making just about everything you can think of. Ive bought a few nice leather products on that site (not for the bike).

But I'm with you on how to bundle tools...I don't see any reason to spend a C-note when I can go down to Home Depot and get a document pouch for five bucks or under that will get the job done. And that's exactly how I carry my tools!
Another note on my previous post, which is neither here nor there...the table of contents in the magazine displayed 'Leather Tool Pouch'...I posted my 'helpful Honda guys' post, went back, and found out that the actual article discussed a waxed cotton tool roll! Well, although if I were personally in the market, I would by far choose waxed cotton over leather, that's NOT what OP asked about.
