Likely a mortgage broker (A GOOD one i fu can find a good one) since a mtg brkr can check with multiple banks not just th eone u go to.
When I bought my 2016 883 Iron Harley was offering 0.9% , credit score was above 800 . Although don't think you needed a score that high to qualify .Almost like free money . They do not seem to offer that often ?
My CU will beat whatever I rate I get elsewhere by 1%. Dealer wrote the note for 2.9%, I signed the paperwork and took it home. Next day submitted the paperwork to the CU and they paid off the dealer and gave me 1.9%.
To avoid the dental extraction performed on you by the dealership finance manager, have your financing arranged before you arrive at the dealer. Ignore the sales pitch and hard sell by the manager that they can get a better rate than the one offered by your pre-arranged financing.
My Credit Union does 1.75% on new bikes and autos. If you take credit life it deducts .25% as well as .25% off for credit disability. So, 1.25% up to six years.
