Depends on the bike mileage. I think you are supposed to run dino oil early on so the engine parts mate properly, right?

BTW, I also use Mobil 1 v-twin oil. I get it for $8 a quart at a local farm supply store.

I recently switched to Spectro. Seems to run a little quieter than the Mobil V-Twin.

As long as I can't make up my mind which one is best, I use no oil whatsoever; that way its never the wrong oil

Holy Sh*t. That's cheap, It's a good deal if I can find it for $11 around here.

You want an oil that's nice and light so it doesn't get stuck in the crankcase and cause sumping. I recommend extra-virgin olive.
