The oil and filter were not recently changed..

HOWEVER: the clutch recall service was just done. The plot thickens!

Lucky you, sounds like a warranty repair. Take it back to the dealer with your pictures.

If it's under warranty take it to the shop let them look at it, a RO will be opened and now its on file. You could also degrease the engine (super clean) take for a ride to get the motor good and hot, park over a piece of carboard then see where the oil dripped from. Another good scientific way is oil dye and a black light.

Is there anything about the clutch recall repair that would cause this minor leak?

Make sure the filter is tight ! Then give it a good washing before riding again paying special attention to that area. Then take it from there.

After a thorough cleaning, it helps to blow some baby power in the area of the leak.
That will help show exactly where it's coming from.

Don't tighten the oil filter more than hand tight or you'll play hell ever getting the damned thing off! Hand tight is all the oil filter ever needs when putting one on.

The clutch (derby) cover is removed during the recall procedure, but it doesn't appear your leak is originating from that area.

Harleys rarely actually drip these days. Could be from a oil change trapped up there. Hard to keep a little stray on a filter change. Then it blows back . Especially down clutch cable and gets it a protective sheath if you have a cable. It should dry up. If not, it's leaking. A drip is a leak. A damp spot is not.
