I love my Avon Memory Foam grips. They are the most comfortable grips I have ever had.
I have the widest set that they offer and they feel great. They kill loads of vibration, feel nice and chunky are are super comfortable, Far better than all of the cut metal type grips I have had in the past.
I put a set of Kuryakyn ISO grips on my Tri Glide, and love 'em. You can also attach a throttle boss for those times when you can't or don't want to use cruise control.
Not just to replace cruise control, but I have noticed that it helps keep my hand from going to rest my palm heel on it instead of gripping the grip tightly.
Interesting thread. I have hand problems too but hurting "arthritis" to the point that I take a couple ibuprofen before I leave if I'm planning on being gone for an hr or more. One of the things on my bucket list is to get rid of the ugly factory grips and put something on more comfortable to my hands.
