Looking for some feedback on the HD Nostalgic Hand Grips. It's between these and the ISO grips and I'm leaning toward these. Curious what people that havethem think.
I feel the same way. I'm not crazy about the look of the ISO grips but everyone says they're very comfortable. I kinda like the retro look of the Nostalgicgrips, but want to make sure they're comfortable on long rides.
I find the nostalgic grips comfortable also on long rides.
After all hand pressure on the grips is minimal whilst riding and so the shape of the grips for me is not really a big factor and I am yet to find a style of grips that I want to get rid of for functional reasons.
If my hands get a little tired I flick on the cruise control to give them a rest.
Had the nostalgic grips on my 2001 Superglide. Put 35,000 miles on them. Loved them! They were also some of the first mods to my 2006 Streetglide. Nice shape, softer than stock and with the ribs and rubber material I don't have to grip the throttleas hard to maintain speed. I just kind of rest my palm on top when just motoring along. I highly recommend them.
..ran them on my Fatboy, have them on my SG..very simple, ol skool looking. Very comfortable and I don't think anything will beat them on durability.. I also switched out levers to black ones, match stock controls and grips great..it doesn't all have to be chrome to look good.

Those nostalgic are my first and last choice on my '01 FLHRI. I changed to a new set after about 20,000 miles when I added higher apes. I have only good things to say about them for comfort and style.
Anything but those IsoGrips. I'm sure they're comfortable, but they are butt ugly. I like black handgrips. I have the "H-D Motor Co" grips. All black with a touch of chrome on the end caps.
I really enjoyed the Nostalgic grips in the summer, but in the winter they felt too thick while wearing winter gloves. So I went with the Bar & Shield grips for the winter and will probably go back to the Nostalgics when warm weather returns. I really like the look of them.
