Bike on hydraulic lift. Spray-on cleaners for wheels, engine, tires. HD Wash Soap. Warm water from hose. Blaster heated-air dryer. HD polish. Nevr-Dull if needed. Fresh microfiber towels.
I was able to knock out 12 to 14 bikes in a normal day. When you're faced with an ongoing flow of bikes, you work fast and efficiently.
