Default Rear bearing help please

Hey everyone, names Capt. from Illinois. Not sure about protocol on here but I'm needing some help.
In the last 3 days, I've went through two sets of rear bearings. My alignment is good. Belt tension is good. The only changes I've made in the last 2 months is I put a 23" front tire on it. It rides and handles fine. I just don't get it. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Sitting on the side of the road as we speak.

Feels like a installation problem too me. No use asking if you have a service manual.
