Old Horse is the name of my Road King, the first vehicle Ive ever named. Its not new, has some dings and scrapes, but puts a smile on my face every time we go for a ride. I stole the name from the film Little Big Man, as that was Wild Bill Hickoks nickname for the main character.
Mine is Madeline...not sure why but its a sexy name. From what I understand, in the days of wooden frigates, seamen would name their vessels after a woman to remind them to treat it with respect, gentleness and to care for her. For if they neglected her...their lives were truly at stake.
