Lets just say the last year has not been good to me as far as riding. I had a hip surgery last July to repair a torn labrum with 2 months of recovery. That didn't last long, I had a hip replacement on the same hip in the beginning of April. Yesterday, I got the all clear from Doc and I was off and running! A quick wash and I was in the wind!
