Was looking around for a Snell full face and came across this company. I'm a little leery of a $109 helmet, Snell rated or not. Considering getting one of these:
Never heard of this helmet until now. The Snell rating is impressive at the price and from a review I saw it has some decent features. If you're skeptical there are probably better helmets for about the same amount of money, or even less. HJC makes great helmets at that price point and they're DOT and SNELL as well. Here's the review I found on this helmet.
Can't knock them b/c I never heard of them either, but normally my brain thinks the 'ol "you get what you pay for" phrase. For that price, might be worth a looksee and you could always return if it's junk.
