I guess that applies if the "HD" stands for "Harley-Davidson" ... Maybe not so much if it stands for "Horley Davidson"

I read somewhere that HD wanted stand alone stores for their clothing brands, and creating a broader fashion range, if this were to happen and if it takes off, they will have to deal with a lot more counterfeit issues.
