While searching/looking for different slip ons (Cobra 4 neighbor haters for example) for my Ultra Limited, I found them for $404.96 on RevZilla. While searching on... I found them at Denniskirk for substantially less. *$291.72*
RevZilla advertises a price match guarantee. Ive bought from them/RevZilla before, so I inquired (and sent them the link/URL as per their instructions) about their guarantee. I received a response via email, explaining they would not be able to honor their advertised policy. Needless to say, I was taken back by their response... long story short, email correspondence between myself and RevZilla, began.
As I mentioned in my original post, Ive never bought from DennisKirk before, but have bought RevZilla Im the last.
As some of you have stated, it too has been a little while, since Ive ordered from Rev. I was always satisfied with the purchasing process and end result. (NOT NOW!) Which is why I inquired about price matching. A repeat customer is usually a satisfied customer?
I will more-than-likely give Dennis Kirk my business! Ill reward not only them, but myself Im the process.
I was shocked, even a little pissed (to say the least), that a reputable company, who advertises price match, doesnt actually price match. At least not in my case!
If theres one thing I know, and without any hesitation... RevZilla lost me as a customer!!
You know, that`s another thing. Price match? Why not price beat? If you are only matching it, I`ll buy from the vendor that had the best price in the first place. Price match is bullshit. I want price beat. Even if it`s only by a buck.
Rant over.
Revzilla ain't cheap. There are LOTS of other retailers out there that beat Rev.
But they DO have a decent return policy.
Not on Sena or Cardo communications stuff.Unless this changed, They won't take a return.
I'd only buy someone who will take back a problem product - Amazon, for example.
Apologize if this is too far off the topic of Revzilla, but it seems worth mentioning...
I've had OUTSTANDING experience's with Dennis Kirk, and JP Cycles in a couple of instances when a return was necessary.
Sayin'..
18451903[/url]]I've never bought anything from Revzilla. Hope that helps.
I have but will not again. If their price match policy is selective, they should make that clear in their advertising. By that I mean up front, not in some fine print.

Exactly!
The last (thus far) email I received from RevZilla, I was told, if I find another authorized US dealer with a cheaper price, they would match that price.
I've used Rev Zilla for stuff but have been shying away lately. Been using Parts Giant a lot more. They got me a real good deal (and an HD forum discount) on the S&S tear Drop air filter for my bike.
