Default saddle bag liner question

do you know if you use any of the hard or premium liners if you can also use a soft one as well for traveling purposes (as luggage).

Any recommendations 2020 RGS, Thank You

Use the Bronx cooler. It's a plastic garbage bag. They take any shape and don't leak or get wet!!! I always put everything in a plastic garbage bag.

I've used them both at the same time without issues. You will end up with a void area using the HD liners in stretched bags, as the HD liners are made to fit standard bags as well as stretched. There are a few aftermarket versions made for stretched bags, but I have no experience with them.

I might be missing something but are you travelling with glass or something else that might easily break? Usually clothes, a jacket or blanket work fine to line the bags and keep stuff safe. Not only that but when I travel I take a large bag that fits on my luggage rack, it's soft inside and I keep lots of stuff in there. My wife can overload my bike in about 45 seconds if I'm not watching, can't believe the stuff she can pack in those saddlebags.
