Default Riding Pants

I have Duluth fire hose pants, lots of pockets and you can install padding if you want. I also have BMG, ez on over pants with CE armor. No offence to anyone, I rode in jeans for years too, but jeans offer no real protection when the hit the pavement. If, you like jeans try the fire hose pants, they make flex pants too. Mine are the original..

can you get these in the US?

If you really love them, get a good life insurance policy. We are 26 times more likely to die if we get in an accident. That will help them way more than a $75 pair of jeans.

I am not totally ATGATT, but I never ride without at least a half helmet, jeans, boots, gloves, and at least a long sleeve shirt. I usually wear a riding jacket.

I have been happy with my Hood jeans; although I don't tour in them. They have a number of options and will alter length. I think they are very well made and well worth the price.

Tried various kevlar and riding specific jeans and haven't found anything that's as comfortable as a good old pair of jeans. That said, I always wear a real helmet, good jacket with protection and good gloves. I don't want to wear any more layers than I have too in the hot humid summers we have here on the east coast.

Funny, I wore the Kevlar jeans (Shift) when I had all my sportbikes. After I traded in my last Hayabusa on my first Harley, I have not looked at them.

Jeans, thin jacket if it is warm, and my Red Wings...good to go.

I wear Kevlar jeans and find them to be quite comfortable. I wear the for the protection. Revzilla carries a number of different kevlar jeans at all price points. Easy to order and you can return them. Without cost. Draggin jeans are nice also. I think they are worth the price for additional protection.

I spent the coin for tobacco jeans and they are the most comfortable jeans I have ever worn.
