My 2000 FLSTC has the round ignition and fork lock keys. Many years of use has left one key cracked and one good.
I know Harley will send a key order to the factory with a copy of my registration. Cost is fair 3 keys 33 bucks but takes 10 days.
Has anyone tried having these
round keys made at a locksmith?

You don't even need you registration. Just remove the black plastic cover from your key and there will be a number stamped on the key itself, you can order one from the shop with this number. Hope this helps
I've ordered the round key and the regular key, seems like every used Harley I buy only comes with one key. I've spent more on Key's at my local dealership than all other purchases together.
It's been around $20 for two keys, takes less than a week to get them in even when the dealership quotes 10 days.
