ok, so when I bought my bike, I didnt check the keys..yup...stoopid but stable doors and bolted horses etc.
I got one key which fits the fork lock, but not the ignition lock
I'm thinking my options are
1) get a lock smith to make an ignition lock key - pretty sure they can do this with the tools they have available?
downside is I have two different keys
2) replace the ignition lock with a new one
downside is I have two different keys
3) replace both ignition and fork lock
can't find a kit that has both sadly, without going to the dealer.
any tips? replacing the ignition lock doesn't look too complicated (I don't have a key remember, but don't think I need it?). Replacing fork lock might be a mot more tricky.

Might want to replace the ignition more than likely a key made off the VIN wont' work as I doubt they changed the fork lock, You'll have to carry 2 keys but seems like the easiest solution.
The fork lock looks like a pain to change as you have to remove the front fork stem, i.e. the front forks:
