If the bike is under warranty then NO, if you have ESP, and want to provide the ESP to next owner the answer is NO. Keep bike tuned with the SEPST.
The PV is of no use if your bike is under Factory Warranty or ESP, it voids your warranty and your ESP!

I am not concerned about warranty. Just if the tuners can be used as previously mentioned
Yes you can, I see no reason you can't. However there is no reason to do so. The Power Vision is married as well when you use it. You CAN buy a PV have bike tuned and sell/trade bike and keep the PV for the next bike BUT you will have to buy another license for the PV to use on your new bike. It is cheaper than buying another PV that way though. When you sell your current bike it will already be tune and new owner will not need to have the actual PV in hand BUT if new owner changes anything (cam, pipes, big bore) he will have to buy a PV and have it retuned.

yes and could cause one to back out of buying or say throw in the PV if you want to make a deal. My thinking is just flash it back to the se tuner and sell the bike with the flash from the se tuner and let the buyer have the se tuner. I keep the power vision and buy a new license. The se tuner is useless for anything else so why not use to help you sell the bike or at least use it so I can keep the PV without a buyer questioning why I would sell a bike tuned with a tuner and not include the tuner

You can do whatever you like, sounds like you have your mind made up, including selling the bike. LOL
I wouldn't even tell the buyer I had a PV. I would tell them my guy tuned with PV and thats all I know and it runs good. If the $200 tuner is only thing holding up the sale I would give it to him cause your only going to save 200 either way. But it sounds like you want to give that POS SE to someone else.
