I wouldn't even consider buying a pre rushmore. Unless you like the even uglier front end.
Realistically 15 and 16 why would you plan on less then 15 k to 17 k for a clean one. Thats what I see em for. Honestly there is a market for pre M8s here. Say what you want, but there is a difference in em. Alot prefer the twinkie over the M8 based on character and issues.
I got mine today and rode it 350 miles back. Great bike
What would your thoughts be on a 2012 RG CVO for $15k. The bike has 25k mikes. However the motor was replaced at 22k by Harley Longblock program. Two owners and the second owner bought it with the new motor and now is selling to buy land.
second there is a 2016 RG special or custom with 14k miles for $16k
is there that much difference between the models besides motors?
That's a killer price for the CVO. Probably a victim of lifter failure. Swap cams, aftermarket lifters, and do the valve springs it will be reliable. The 110 is a strong running motor. Price is low because it's not numbers matching anymore. I'd buy it if I was looking. I have a 2012 FLTRXSE (CVO Road Glide Custom). I added lowers and lucked into finding the matched tour pak, so I essentially made it into an ultra.

i thought in the long block program they reuse your numbers on a new casted case and destroy your old case?
