I bought my first new harley in 2012. It came with a year subscription to H.O.G., a cool little tool kit and a nice framed certificate or origin.
I bought a new bike last year and apparently they no longer do the tool kit or the certificate of origin deal. I did get get a year of H.O.G. though.
Was it a dealer thing? The dealership where I live has changed ownership since my purchase.

Last bike I bought was from a guy who turned out to be really cool. No tool kit or framed certificate, but after the deal was done and the bike was loaded up, he brought out a couple of beers.
When I bought my 18' FLRT it didnt come with the multi tool like previous years. I had to queer them into giving me one. A big mouth sometimes helps in this regard.
