I had to replace my lighter socket on my 2009 Ultra with the 12v port. The lighter socket that came with the bike wouldn't work as a charging port. That's one thing I think was a good change on the newer bikes
Well, here's one that they now do that they didn't used to do. If you've got a plugin electric car that supports DC Fast Charging, you can go there, plug in, and get free electrons. At least that's the way it works at my local dealer. It's not much, but it is something. But mostly I'm waiting for the free foodage/drinkage to resume. That's my favorite. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Never heard of a framed certificate and I've purchased 5 new Harley's from 2008 to 2017. All came with a tool kit.
From what I understand the dealership is the one actually giving you the HOG membership. That may be the case with the certificate also as I bought my 5 bikes from three different dealers and never even a mention of that.
