I got an ill fitting chinese shirt, not the one I wanted, they would only allow me to choose from the crappy ones. Kinda reminded me of this:
I went back two days later and they didn't even remember me, same people tried to sell me another bike. "what brings you in today?" "what are you riding now?" "Have you ever ridden"?

Reverse story: I was quite surprised about 2 weeks ago when I was at my local HD dealer. The General Manager came up to me and said, "Hi Steve. How's your Heritage working out?" I had not spoken to him for over a year, and I bought my 2018 FLHCS in Oct-2018.

My wife and I were just looking around at a dealer because that's where a benefit run took us when a salesmen came up and asked if I was going to take one home today. I told him we had 3 already and were happy with what we had. He said "yeah but are they new?" Like he was trying to make me feel unworthy or something. Salesmen.

I bought my 2012 sg brand new off the show room floor. It was the first day that the dealership was open after purchasing it from another dealer. The only thing I got was a tee shirt with the name of the old dealership on it, a free year HOG membership, and a promise that my first statement and bill for payment will be arriving the following month.

Got a t-shirt and a poster of my bike. Certificate is pretty darn cool though, wonder if theres a way to order one.
