Someone posted in another thread the other day, their disappointment on HD taking away all the "freebies" when we buy these $pendy bikes. Maybe it's just me, or our local dealer(s) actually do their part, but I rec'd this on the porch yesterday - my 2020 Heritage Birth Cert - going to get my pic printed & add this next to 2017 FXDL-S one in my man cave area.
Nice. This is something that should be universally done. I've bought 4 new Harleys over the years and never received anything like this. Wish I had as they'd be up on the wall in the garage. Agree with JH3...for the cost of these sleds, it should be a part of the experience.
It was a long time ago. Up to sometime in the '70s. I bought a new bike in '81 and complained about it then. That dealer gave me a big discount on a new Hein Garrick. (spelling?) All the others in '92' 93, '95 and 2004 (yes I bought new bikes then) only gave me a tee shirt. LOL! Ya gotta negotiate. (or bitch a lot)
