Welcome to the forum from central Texas.
Handlebars are very individual depending on the style you like (drag bars, apes, beach bars, etc.) and your position of comfort. Only you know what height, width and pullback you like. What someone else likes and recommends may not be what YOU like. You should sit on your bike and place your hands where you would like the grips to be. Someone else can measure the height, width and pullback. Then you can start searching for bars that closely resemble those parameters. Different risers can also be used to change the position of the handlebars.

A BO is a Breakout. He is referring to a 2014 Breakout.
Seems to me your going to have to get on bikes with different handlebars and get a feel for whats comfortable.Nobody knows your arm length to give you a definitive answer.Good luck!
I tell everyone the same thing. sit on your bike, get it up straight, have someone home the bike upright. close your eyes, put your feet on the pegs and put your hands where you want them.
Have someone measure where your hands are.
I've found a cheap roll of solder, or a coat hanger, or 1/4" copper tubing helps. You can bend into the exact position that your hands are in then measure.
It's really 3 measurements. How far up, how far back, and how wide apart
