no maps this year, but now if you have a h-d visa card you can get rewards for miles ridden. Hey it's something!

I thought about a membership just for that. Free HD money is free HD money.

I let mine lapse after the free one ran out. I do have towing through my insurance ($12/yr), so I'm covered there. I still have Atlases from 13, 14, & 15. I figure they're probably close enough for me.

Probably the only reason I am still a member is I became a life member about 15 years ago. Not a local chapter member. The towing and roadside benefits might be cool, I have never had the occasion to use that however.

It allows to ride with the HOGs of ur local (or any) dealership.

I like the Road America towing program AND the HD Rewards Credit Card. <-- That alone makes ur $ back.

It's BS propaganda from the MoCo.
I used to like the atlas and tolerate the BS magazine.
I definitely non-renew after the freebie year and, despite two new bikes ('18 and '19) only got one year - and had to call bitch and holler for that. It's not that important to me but I wanted a pin when in Sturgis and couldn't get one because the Stealership didn't want to pay the $20 or whatever the MoCo charges them.
No need to worry about in the future because I'm so done with buying another new Harley.

You're a fair distance to either chapter in your area. Either Kingston or Trenton. If you haven't made contact with a chapter yet you probably won't. If they haven't reached out to you yet , like we do in Durham, they probably won't. If you don't participate , even a little, in chapter events then no point in being a member. It's a blunt statement but probably not too far off 98% of the time. You're welcome to come to the Durham chapter anytime at all if you like.. Good luck !
