I am selling my 2017 Street Glide Special. I removed a particular tail light. I have two real filler lights which I accidentally disconnected and erred in reconnecting. They work as turn signals and brake lights, but not as running lights. Every time I connect the red wires, the lighting changes.
That's not why I am writing: in trying to troubleshoot the above problem, I disconnected the below plugin connection. I went to re-attach them, and they obviously will not line up. I feel like I'm on Candid camera! Can someone please advice me what to do? Save the insults for later; I'll gladly take them once this connection is fixed.
Thank you very much.
Left Side: Connection intact. Connection separated. Female connection. Male connection
Looks like Custom Dynamics posi-locks. You can always give them a shout and they are pretty good at talking you through wiring connections...if no one on the forum is able to assist.
