Default Update on Most Bizarre

I appreciate some of your stupid responses, maybe this will help you someday. In the end it turned out to be a poorly installed connector going to the Body Control Module. The rubber seal was folded over and allowed water into the module. Strange things happen when you get moisture in a computer.

So now the question is who put the water in there or who pissed on your bike?

Moisture will go pin to pin, put some dielectric grease on that seal. I put some grease on my finger tip and smear it across the socket side of connector, make the connections and the pins will drag down into the sockets. Be mindful of how those rubber seal are going in to seal the plug. Was the ECM or BCM killed?

Dielectric grease is your friend with these plugs.

Still doesn't explain why the bike moved 10 feet in the garage on it's own, wet connector or not.
