I have a 2020 Street Glide Special and I just reached 1000 mi. I took my bike to All American Harley-Davidson in Hughesville, MD (1st and last time) When I picked my bike up from the service everything appeared to be ok.
About 50 miles down the road my buddy who was following me on his bike noticed specks of fluid on the front of his bike that appeared to be coming from mine. He flagged me down and told me to pull over there's fluid coming from the rear of my bike. When we pull over I notice oil leaking from my primary cover and derby cover. Upon more inspection there are several bolts missing and oil leaking from another loose one. THIS WAS THE MAIN REASON I DIDN'T WANT ANYINE WORKING ON MY BIKE!!!! He didn't even reset the computer on the bike. It was still reading that I never had my bike serviced. EXPLAIN HARLEY!!!!!
Called the service department immediately the said they will pick up the bike FIRST thing tomorrow to fix the problem. Unfortunately the service manager will not be in until Tuesday. But he or she will be getting a ear full and I want my $480 oil change money back!!!!!
Also, thank god for the dual exhaust. What do you think would have happened without it there to block the oil from getting on the rear tire??? Slip and slide. Bet if I got into an accident Harley would have tried to blame it on me.
EXPLAIN HARLEY!!!!

First Harley, First service at Harley and Last one too!!!!
Sucky deal indeed, but this is why I do a thorough walk-around before leaving dealership...ID any issues & your missing primary cover screws would've been a huge indicator. >.<

They where in there but obviously wasn't tightened or torqued to spec.
...one more reason why I always did all my own work that I could. I can't believe some of the quality of the work that comes out of HD dealerships. Yeah, I know, there are great techs out there, but alot of iffy ones too.
I would have them change all the fluids again while I watched, then have them clean up the bike to showroom condition or replace exhaust parts that could not be cleaned.
