I can ride comfortably in the mid to low 20s at 75mph with Gerbing heated gloves on my 10-mile ride to work.

Define cold. To some 40 degrees is the end of the world. To others a nice day for a ride. Even others are not bothered by temps well below 20-30 degrees..
Fox creek has some good stuff. Hate on HD all you want . I had a heated pair that lasted 10 years of hard use. They spent many miles wet, used them on the ATV plowing snow . Only reason they failed is a wire finally broke from bend over the years. Cut wire off still use them on cooler days. .
In Cold weather heated grips did not work well for me. They heat the palm but not the top of the hand .
Gerbing was the best on the market until they sold out. new owners trashed the brand dropped the great warranty
