This story reminds me of the first time I ever went to Primante Brothers in Pittsburgh. My wife and I saw an episode of Diners Drive Ins & Dives about the place so being that we are only about 4 hours away we decided to make a trip and see what its about.
When we got there we were in line behind 5 or 6 bikers so I struck up a conversation with them. Turns out they had seen the same tv show we saw and decided to take the trip as well. The kicker is they were all from a little town in Georgia and had left their houses at 2:00 AM to ride to Pittsburgh for lunch.
I assumed they were spending the night in PA then heading home the next day but then I overheard them planning the ride home, they were going to eat lunch then hit the road. They expected to be home between 10:00 & 11:00 that night.
