yes and yes. On the rare occasion when I find it necessary to be in a cage, the habit kicks in, and I wave to a bike. What really let's me know I have it bad is when I try to stick my left foot/leg through the floor board to warn someone of an obsticle in the road
I have been waved at and wave back when on my bike. I dont wave while driving my car, the windows are too dark. But, if I see a bike ahead of me and he is trying to merge over I give him the headlight flash to let him know I see him. [/align]
Ever get a wave from a cager? Ever give a wave to a bike while driving a car/truck
Yes / No/No
I have given the thumbs up while inmy truck ( whats a car ? ) .
I have been reluctant to wave as it takes to long to give the low wave ( roll down window stick arm outside door , dang they already passed by) .
I guess I couldtry themetric wave , but would they think I ride a goldwing or something ?
so you think I'm an idiot...I think the sun must have fried your brain...bikers always look out for bikers but cagers don't! That's my point.
Next time a cager almost hits you smile and wave at them.
I drive a cage too, but I look out for bikes more because they are the most vulnerable.
Bikers look out for bikers?? What a crock of bullshit. Some of the dumbest manuvers I have ever seen were done by some ******* on the back of a bike. I don't even like the term "cager," since I am one half of the time. I notice bikes a lot more in my car (F250 Superduty), and I notice them acting like complete asshats too many times.
I have gotten many waves from cars.trucks, and I always wave back. Mainly because I'm not anti-social.[/blockquote]
