I have flashed several maps to my Harley's and never needed to go back in and edit the current map with the Fuelpak . I flashed a new map two weeks ago on my 2019 Softail Slim and looked-up , Vance and Hines 3" Twin Slash slip on's with the Quiet Baffles and Harley's Scremin Eagle high flow air filter . I want to remove the quiet baffles from the mufflers and install the standard or competition baffles . Do I need to flash back to the factory settings ? Or is there a way to just edit the current map and add a different baffle ? I have used the edit features to decrease the amout of decel popping with the Firecracker wheel . Is that where I would add or edit to a different baffle ? Thanks
I have the Fuelpac3 on my 07 superglide and I just chose next open slot and had same upgrades but selected no baffle on the exhaust option and flashed it to that preset map. Im going to do a auto tune when I can ride it at least an hr nd half at different throttle positions and have phone on app to monitor the greens. The more greens the better.
I believe you need to go back to the search for map and find the correct map, and reflash. I dont remember an option to edit baffles without starting at the beginning.
You could install the baffles, and see how it runs, or do an Autotune on the existing map.
You do not need to go back to factory settings, just flash the new map, and save it to a different slot.

Agreed , just leave your existing map and load a new map . You could contact V&H through the program under customer service , email them with your setup and bike's serial # , they'll upload the proper map for you and tweak it for you , then you could run an autotune session . Just make sure you run your bike for 2 tanks of fuel before starting an aututune , the ecm needs to fine tune the new map before you start .
