The 2019 FXLR Lowrider just hit 30,000 yesterday (28 months) on the ride home, I'll try to remember a pic when I get home. Something over 32,000 miles on the 2009 Sportster, it had 12,000 or so in December 2017 when I moved 50 miles from work. I need a 3rd bike me thinks.
Man, that's HOT. I hit that kind of temperature in 2018, riding in the Mojave desert from Arizona into Cali. Had to stop at every gas station, to cool down and hydrate, until there were no more for the next 60 miles, and we were forced to wait a few hours for the temp to drop to a "reasonable" 110*F! Reaper had no problem handling the temps, but we sure did! Until that, I never thought I would be in a situation where it was too HOT to ride!
A milestone for sure. but not my Harley. This is my 2010 Triumph Bonneville, purchased new in April 2011. I finally hit 200k on the way home from work on Tuesday.
Impressive!!!
I'm getting there with Reaper. About 7000 miles to go, still.
The odometer reading on my 94 FLSTN at the instant of impact that totaled the bike and landed me in the hospital. This was the third speedometer on the motorcycle and the total mileage was about 223,000.
I guess this qualifies as a milestone but not one I wanted.
These are some milestone pics from the past of my 1984 FXEF Fat Bob Super Glide. The bike just recently hit 50,000 miles but the Tripometer on my old Speedometer broke with 46.457 miles, so I replaced with a Zero mile NOS Harley Speedometer.
