Default Brake Pads

Looking to change out the front Pads on my FatBoy and maybe gain a little better stopping power

In shopping around I am coming across Organic, Sintered and Carbon Fiber Pads.

I know the Organic will give the least performance out of the 3 but I am looking for opinions on which of the other 2 would be better to go with

I use Lyndall Xtreme series pads up front on Reaper, and their Z-Plus pads in the rear. The Xtreme pads are H/H rated, and have much better stopping power, and resistance to fade, than the Z-Plus series, which are much better than stock. The X pads don't chew up rotors, and are low dusting.

Cheers!

Harsher brake pads, more rotor wear. Really depends on the bike and brakes. My FXR is light and has dual discs up front. Your Fatboy is heavier with a single disk. I run Drag Specialties semi metallic which is equal to stock HD and half the cost. You might want something more aggressive but they will wear faster and you'll replace the rotors eventually.
