Anybody have a source for cheaper glasses? I tried some online venders and after I get done price is up to 600.00 bucks. Hell I dont even want to pay 200.00
I bought a pair of Epoch Eyewear riding goggles with a foam insert. I took them off one day and the lens popped out of one side.
Long story short. Epoch Eyewear sent a new pair, no questions asked, and included a prepaid package to send the defective pair back. I wore them for about 40k miles before recently replacing with the same brand.
Yup I read them all,and after I went to the websites and picked out a pair then put in my prescription(which apparently is pretty bad) and a couple of extra things thats where it ended up at.

That $600 mark is right where Im at for any of my prescription eye wear. (Lenses & frames)

Yes I guess where I am at on this is: If I can go into any gas station in town and pick up a set of mirrored polarized sun glasses for about 8 bucks, someone should be able to sell ones with a piece of foam and cut some lenses for cheaper than 600

Mine came from Walmart vision.
Liberty is the brand of a couple pair and the last pair I had made was some other brand of same style DVX(?)
My experience from 20 years of same brand dedicated to fishing and shooting has been positive.
So far, 3 years with riding dedicated has been positive as well
think I paid $250ish for mine with quick transition single vision lenses (can't stand bi-focals)
One pair is corrected, one pair not for when I'm wearing contacts
One more for Wiley-X. I have the Jake.
I've been wearing a prescription set for years but I just had cataract surgery in both eyes.
I haven't been able to see this well for years.
I'll have to get a new pair.
I wear safety glass's from Gateway Safety. They meet ANSI Z87.1 standards and block 99.9 percent of UV light. They are wrap around and fit tight to the face. And are quite stylish too ! They make them in every color of the rainbow. They will actually protect your eyes. Got them by the box from work.
Those little KD's and other riding glass's are useless for keeping the wind and other crap out of your eyes.
