They were my first pair of motorcycle glasses, so I thought they'd be fine because the temple size was correct. Ideally, you should try the glasses on first and make sure they fit your temples, the shape of your face, sit around your nose and the foam seals to your cheeks and forehead.
I found a pair of Wiley X glasses online and ordered them. They were nice but the foam didn’t seal to my face. So my son got a nice pair of sunglasses.

I went to the HD dealer when they ran a 20% off sale on eyewear and tried several on until I found the right fit. I ended up getting the Wiley X / HD Jet frame with transition lenses and they are great, change from clear to dark pretty quickly and foam seals to my face keeping my eyes from drying out.

Yep, you have to actually try on the glasses to make sure they fit your face. Glad you found a pair that worked out for you in the end.

Wiley X (branded HD)... transition lens in smoke gray. I wear regular glasses for reading but on the bike they are fine, guess I can get them prescription as well when that day comes.

Those little KD's and other riding glass's are useless for keeping the wind and other crap out of your eyes.

Yeah but which ones? They have several

Had Wileys for years but then I tried 7eye panoptics. I like them better and they have a better eye cup seal than Wiley X. Then I had to go for prescription glasses and it was 7eye Ventus....Great glasses.

I posted earlier in this thread about the Hd Jumbos by Wiley X I've owned for a couple years now. There is a quarter inch gap on the bottom seal next to my cheeks which lets wind or debris in. A few days ago I had another instance of sand particles flying into my eyes that was very bothersome, so today i did what I've been meaning to do for the past year and went to the dealer to find a pair which seals correctly. The first pair I found that actually fit correctly was by 7eye, but the lenses were of the narrow variety which is not my preference. I prefer the look of the slightly larger Jumbos. Long story short, HD Backbones look similar to Jumbos and are also made by Wiley X. The seal for the Backbones fit perfectly on my face. One caveat, however. I tried two different pairs of them on (one with blue lenses) and that one had the familiar gap near my cheeks which tells you something; one thing being that you probably have to pay a little more and actually try them on at a dealership to guarantee fitment rather than saving a few dollars and ordering online.

I have two pairs of Flying Pig eyewear. A darker lens for day and a lighter color lens for night.

I tried the kinds with the foam on them and I don’t like them, they are too hot. That is why I have continued to use my Daddy O’s with polarized RX lens .they have just the right curvature on them to deflect the wind and are built to last.

Quickie here. The very comely young lady with the sunglass cabinet keys at the local HD dealership said the HD Tank sunglasses are her favorites. She likes the way they look on men the best. I'd have to agree with her sentiment as they were the most aesthetically pleasing to me as well. They didn't fit me correctly, however. The HD Backbones come with silver grey optics, and I ordered an extra pair of lenses in deep blue (polarized ar pro) from Apex.com to mix things up. The lenses pop right out and are interchangeable. I'm curious how the Partially Polarized (PPZ) spectacles from Wiley X compare to the Polarized with AR coating from Apex.
