There are a wide variety of choices when going to a 95( or 98) .
If you've settled on a 95 , I'd suggest getting headwork done to match your cams, the TW37 is a consistent favorite if you are going this route. There are many others.I'd go withgetting your cylinders bored too.
The 98" Revolution route is a excellent choice, Steve at GMR can set you up with a good package , he's wonderful to work with. He was an enormous help with my 95 build.
www.gmrperformance.com ....do not fall into the trap of lettin your buddies tell ya what parts or tryin to figg'r it out on your own....buy a proven kit and enjoy
I called alot of Head shops from Branch in LA to Big Boyz in New Hampshire, and almost every shop in between, Doug and Head Quarters answered all my questions and gave me exactly what I wanted!
No BS or song and dance! just big torque and reliablity!
Sure do, http://www.head-quarters.com/. I, personally, am looking at the 98" kit from GMR. But, from what I have read, HQ and GMR are the way to go. I have a '05 rk custom with a carb. I would be interested in knowing what you go with, and why. And, any numbers, once you get it installed.

HQ has a 98 kit too with Rev Perfomace barrels. And they will have a 114 inch. kit soon too!
The latter will have over 120 lbs of torque!
Here's a hypothetical question; what if I didn't want to go to the trouble and expense of a larger bore and had the heads workered for more touque and installed a cam to compliment that? What could you expect HP wise?
