After 50 years of riding motorcycles 25 of those years on a Harley do you grow the beard or not especially nearing 60 and over

I’ve got a Van Dyke thing going on. Yeah…it’s grey. Once in a while I let it and the other areas grow. My wife hates it. I’m still not sure she didn’t arrange this, but….in one of my times of scrubbiness I was walking from the grocery store to the bank. I had to cross a road that was 2 lanes in each direction with a divider. I was crossing at the cross walk, and got stuck in the middle and had to stand in the median. While waiting for the light to change, several people in cars opened their windows and handed me dollar bills.

Grow it. Only those that have never had one, or can't grow one, will tell you not to. My wife loves it.

First bike bought in 1969. Still clean shaven but starting to think why? Married 43 years, guess she doesn’t want to train someone else now? So maybe??

Two of my favorite things, my bike, my beard. Most guys give up before giving the beard enough growing time. 1/2" a month is the norm. Give it 6 months then decide if it's for you, but ya gotta take care of it. Youtube beards.

The wind resistance of the beard is nicely counter acted by the high torque qualities of the V twin engine design...
